Job Description:

The position of Customer Service Representative entails offering prompt, friendly, courteous service to all of our customers. They are energetic, dedicated individuals who seek to expand their professional skills and who enjoy working in a challenging people-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all incoming inquiries, via phone, email and chat, using friendly and courteous customer service skills.
  • Place outbound calls to follow up on web based loan applications from potential customers.
  • Process loans in an accurate, efficient manner using established policies and procedures.
  • Verify customer documents effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure customer documents meet or exceed loaning requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to type notes in a clear and concise manner.
  • Confident working with a variety of computer applications including Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and Internet Explorer.
  • Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a call centre environment is an asset but is not required.
